My First Shopping Experience in Big Online Retail Store

Halo, how are you? It has been a long time since I wrote my last post about marketing training :D


I am doing my minor thesis rightnow. Trapping in the middle of heticness. No, I will not post something related to its before I wear a beatiful kebaya in my graduation day. Haha..

As the title said above, Yes, I will share my lil bit experience when I was shopping in one of big online retail store in Indonesia. Yuhuuuu ~ do you guys excited???

So, in my last semester before I got my very last year in my university, I took a class named e-commerce. I think most of you could guess what the contain of that subject is. And yeah, that subject in fact doesn't bring a high tendency for me to start doing online business, but more into boosting up my hobby to do online shopping as my pleasure to reward myself :p haha *pardon me* 

I usually choose instagram and facebook as the media to do online transaction. Those media(s) are really ease to be accessed and me as the buyer could easily see the picture of the products. ThanksGod, during overall transactions, I hadn't been cheated by the sellers. Though some of them gave not too good services during the transaction, well yeah I was quite satisfied with the overall products.

Someday, I had a plan to buy a new shoes typically in wedges or heels. I've planned to use it in my graduation day. I want to buy it earlier when I started feeling frustated in doing my minor thesis >< Two things which could cheer me up is buying something or eating something delisss ~ haha. But it's only happened about two or three times in a month :p *if not, my wallet might be burned out* then, I started to explore physically in 'popular' shoes store in my city, which is Donatello. Unfortunately, there was no discount at that time :" The price was pretty high for every wedges and heels they sold in. Giving up with the price, I moved to factory outlet allocated beside Donatello. a woman poison!! Actually I only wanted to see around as people called as window shopping, but what could I do when I saw a kind of Jogger Pants with affordable price :"D Cashier would be my last check out then kkkkk ~ 

oke back to the shoes case ~

That was happened two months ago. By time goes by, I spontaneously forgot about that shoes hunter :"D haha I don't remember exactly what the thing which could catch my focus to hunter the shoes. Kkkkkk ~ but, it didn't exist ever after >< last week, trapping again in the middle of hectic minor thesis, I rebuild my passion to be heels hunter haha.. At that time, I decided to hunt online in case of making an effective time for me. First target, I explored through instagram and website of my trusted shoes store. You could kindly check it on http://adorableprojects.com/index.php . Unfortunatelly, the hunter wasn't succeed. I couldn't find a suitable wedges or heels like what I want. Then, I started to hunt on my second target. You could kindly check it on http://www.iwearup.com/home.php?r=1&width=1366&Height=768 . That shoes store is under controlled by one of popular blogger in Indonesia, Diana Rikasari. But again, I couldn't find a proper heels for me.

Feeling tired of hunting, I continued 'iseng-iseng' to open a website of big retail stores in Indonesia which were http://www.lazada.co.id/ and http://www.zalora.co.id/. YEahhhh, it was kind of big fault to open those websites. When I started to burn out my willingness to buy a heels, because of them, that 'hunter' was continued!! Haha ~ Gosh, they sold so many choices of heels and wedges with an affordable price. 

45 minutes of hunting, finally I decided to purchase on Lazada. YESS!!! I choosed a strappy platform heels with a red tone matching with my kebaya which currently is processed on my designer's hand *designer jareeee :D* haha. The price was bellow 200K rupiah. That was quite cheap comparing when I hunted physically which most prices are above 300K :') and as expected, a bigger retail store will always have a better procedure of purchasing. It was very easy to me as my first experience to do the transaction with that store. Everything runned smoothly ~~~~~ When I did my check out, directly I got the mail attaching my invoice about the information of payment transaction. I made the payment on the same day in afternoon. Right after I re-confirmed my payment, one hour later, I got the other mail informing that my order had been ready to be shipped through TIKI (one of the logistic service in Indonesia). 

4 days after waiting a warm box to come, finally, a young man knocked at my boarding's door. Yes, It came out!!! Yuhuuuuu ~~~ My order!!! When I put off the wrap of the packaging, I felt soooo happyyyyy seeing my baby heels in a very fit condition :D the size was fit, and so was the color. I tried it, and that's very comfyyyyyy for kind of heels <3 I though that was my most comfy heels that I ever had. Luv it so muchhhhh!!!

Overall, I feel satisfied by purchasing a product in a big online retail store. They walk the talk!! Not only big on the image, but also they could make the customer perceiving the quality and satisfaction. So...... You could do the same thing like me without feeling worried of untrusted issue :))
